Who doesn't remember the excitement watching a child captivated by big trucks, particularly construction equipment? Mike Mulligan and His Steam Shovel, which has delighted generations of children, was always a favorite read for both of my boys. Until recently I had forgotten how much fun it is to watch dirt being moved and see progress being made at Grandview! Site work continues with the installation of utilities – natural gas, water and sewer and electricity. Soon curbs and gutters will be installed and paving will begin. The community pool (95,000 gallons!) has been excavated, plumbing and electrical installed and the concrete is poured and curing. Work on the clubhouse will begin shortly, as well as the installation of pickle ball and bocce ball courts. Equally as important are the model homes and the first pre-sale homes and specs. The coming weeks will see lots of activity and progress! We can’t wait to welcome you to Grandview at Gateway!

Fall is in the air and the cool, crisp evenings are exactly what is attracting you to life at Grandview. We are excited to announce that our on-site office will be open for business in early November. In the next 2 weeks we will have curbs in place and roads paved. Shortly after that construction will commence on the first homes in the community. Already we have completed the pickle ball courts and the resort style pool is well underway.
